It is an exciting time to join the Trust and make a real step change in our income from Individual Giving, Legacies and In Memory Giving. We have a really vibrant cystic fibrosis community who support fundraising in many different ways.
You will be responsible for reviewing the strategy and leading the team to deliver growth over the next few years to increase our impact for people with cystic fibrosis. Experience in delivering successful Individual Giving Programs and campaigns is vital as part of the role will be operational in this area. Delivering exceptional supporter experience is a key pillar of our strategy and our Supporter Care team’s role is key to achieving this.
A team player with significant experience in achieving significant income from individual giving, legacies and in memory giving. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing targets, budgets and motivating teams. You will be able to develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internal and external, work with external agencies, negotiate effectively, think strategically and able to problem solve, in addition to a solid understanding of the fundraising regulatory environment.
