There are plenty of ways to get involved with the Trust and help other young people with CF. Here are some current opportunities that you might find interesting:
Youth Advisory Group (YAG)
YAG is made up of young people aged 14-25 who are living with CF or close to someone living with the condition. Find out more about YAG and see how you can influence work at the Trust and ensure that the voices of young people with CF are heard.
Building Brighter Futures
Building Brighter Futures is a three-year programme for 10-18 year olds with cystic fibrosis, funded by BBC Children in Need. Find out more about Building Brighter Futures and the upcoming talks, Q&As and workshops that will be covering a broad range of topics from mental health and isolation, to coding and blogging.
Information and support
Secondary school, higher education, even festivals - we've got loads of useful packs to help you through important life stages and events on our information and support for young people page.
Launch of the leaving school pack
We worked with parents and young people with CF to create our leaving school resources - you can find a pack for young people, a pack for parents, a booklet for training providers, colleges and universities, and even a short animation to help you decide what you want to do after you've left school!

Clinical trials for young people
Jade, a member of our Youth Advisory Group, helped to design our brand new clinical trials video for young people with cystic fibrosis, and even narrates the video herself! Look out for a feature on the making of the video in the next issue of CF Life magazine.
